Hong Kong Airport, originally uploaded by Swami Stream.
Hong Kong International Airport (IATA: HKG, ICAO: VHHH) is the main airport in Hong Kong. It is colloquially known as Chek Lap Kok Airport (赤鱲角機場), being built on the island of Chek Lap Kok by land reclamation.
The plane literally is over the sear before the plane touches the runway its beautiful scene to watch landing there where you see trails of water left by speed boat, fishing trawlers and big Ships
The airport opened for commercial operations in 1998, replacing Kai Tak, and is an important regional trans-shipment centre,
This also acts like a hub for Cathay Pacific so you will pass through this airport if you are traveling from Asia to any destinations like US, and SEA .
